SUBORDINATED DEBT

Excend provides minority subordinated debt to accompany and complement larger financings that leading global banks provide to their clients.

By working in conjunction with proven banking leaders, Excend utilizes both 1) the due diligence conducted by its banking partners as well as 2) its own due diligence practices to ensure that all recipients of its subordinated debt financings represent exceptional credit worthiness.

In order to marginalize the traditional risk profile associated with subordinated debt, Excend requires its financing clients to enter into separate collateral pledge agreements--thereby providing the security attributes of a senior-position financing while still maintaining the superior yields of subordinated debt.
