Excend conducted a Market Segmentation study to clarify which Hispanic customer profiles possessed the greatest need for insurance services. Additionally, Excend utilized a Best Practices Analysis to assist Allstate in identifying the most current techniques used by leading insurers to most effectively reach those Hispanic consumers and business owners.
