Ryan has led the majority of Excend's engagements, representing in excess of $4BB in transaction value.
He has also managed advisory work for leading multinationals including Televisa, Arcor Foods, Johnson & Johnson, and Farmers Insurance, among others.
Groups including the UN, the World Bank, and the World Trade Organization have invited Ryan to participate as a speaker at multiple events.
Ryan holds an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School and a BA with honors from Brigham Young University.
Ryan enjoys fly fishing, training Labrador retrievers, and playing the organ.

Javier has an accomplished professional track record with companies in the agricultural, logistic and retail sectors.
He has specialized primarily in business case analysis and efficiencies implementation in financial operations, administration, and general and strategic management.
He has personally led and developed multiple projects in both the retail and real estate industries.
Javier has been engaged in various roles with Excend for over ten years.
He holds a commercial engineering degree from the University Finis Terrae, Santiago, Chile.
Javier is a gastronomical aficionado, enjoys music, and participates in multiple outdoor sports.

Nicolas is an experienced transactional attorney who has worked in private equity in London and Qatar, championing several cross-border M&A´s and financings, mainly in the natural resources, infrastructure, real estate and energy sectors.
Mr. Arboleda advises clients in the acquisition and financing of their projects and operations, having developed different roles in his career for private companies, funds and international law firms. He has led more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
Nicolas has a bachelor of law from El Rosario University in Colombia, an LL.M in Energy and Mineral Law, and is completing an MBA at the University of Dundee. He is also a teacher at the postgraduate degree in Mining, Energy and Sustainable Development at Los Andes University in Colombia.
He enjoys playing sports, particularly running and cycling.

Paul has spent 25+ years in the technology industry, largely in senior level and executive director positions. He has particular expertise in multinational two-tier distribution of technologies.
He has also participated as an entrepreneur in the start-up of several technology businesses as well as the development of digital/cloud services platforms.
Based in Lima Peru, Paul has worked with Excend in multiple engagements in capital and financial restructuring transactions.
Paul has a degree in management sciences from the University of West Florida.
Paul enjoys golf, sailing and is a fan of good music and wine.

Julio is an experienced executive director with a recognized 40-year career in the international banking and financial services industry.
Mr. Rovegno provides executive-level advisory services for international banks and multinational insurance companies in Argentina on portfolios valued at approx. $1.3BB.
While based in New York, Chicago, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela he has worked in corporate finance, capital markets, debt restructuring and distressed assets.
Julio has a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and has completed graduate courses in Austria, Japan as well as Northwestern University.
He is a sports enthusiast, specially following rugby, rowing, polo and football.
